Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

Once your payment has cleared and your order has been accepted, we will process your order using Parcelforce (UK shipments only). We aim to pick and dispatch on the same day, but please note it may take up to 24 hours to pick your order.

You will then receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. If you placed your order after 12pm on a weekday or over the weekend, it will be processed the next available weekday. Please note that items will not be despatched on weekends or on UK bank holidays.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY INFORMATION

To make sure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas:


Standard Delivery: Order by 10AM on Thursday 18th December and choose Standard Delivery at checkout.

Next Day Delivery: Order by 10AM on Monday 22nd December and choose Next Day Delivery at checkout.

Please note:

We’ll continue to dispatch orders until 10AM on Tuesday 23rd December. Any orders placed after this time will be shipped from Monday 5th January.

DELIVERY CHARGES

United Kingdom:


We offer the following shipping options on all UK orders:


48 hour delivery - Parcelforce tracked & signed, 1-2 working days – £6.50

Next Day - Parcelforce next day delivery on orders placed pre-12pm (If placed on a Friday this will be delivered next working day)- £14

Orders to Northern Ireland will be sent with Parcelforce, 1-3 working days – £19


All UK orders over £125 will receive free delivery.


Please allow for an extra 3 days delivery during Black Friday.

Europe:

Parcelforce tracked & signed, 3-5 working days – £30

RETURNS

We always hope that you’re completely satisfied with your order, but if for some reason you’re not, we’re happy to review the case. If your item is faulty or there is a problem with your order, we will refund your incurred return postage costs provided you comply with our return instructions and you provide us with a copy of your receipt.
