As the Studio Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our production workflow — responsible for monitoring stock levels, coordinating incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining studio supplies, and overseeing shipments. You’ll collaborate closely with the production and projects teams to ensure every product leaves the studio on time and to the highest standards.

Keep the studio space clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards

Stock & Inventory Control

Monitor stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
Proactively order studio supplies and ingredients to avoid shortages
Conduct regular stock takes and manage the inventory tracking system accurately
Liaise with suppliers to manage delivery timelines and restocking cycles

Logistics & Shipments

Book and manage incoming shipments of materials and supplies
Coordinate outgoing shipments to warehouses, stockists, and partners
Manage all goods in and goods out processes, ensuring accurate recording and handling
Support dispatch during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, launches) as needed

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a production, studio, or operations coordination role (experience in a small business, maker space, or workshop environment preferred)
Experience working with shipping handlers and organising overseas shipments
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail is a must
Ability to work independently and anticipate studio needs
Comfortable using Excel, Notion, Shopify and inventory software to manage stock
Clear and confident communication skills
An interest in handmade products, sustainability, or the home fragrance industry is a plus
