We take extra care with your Evermore parcel, ensuring that it’s sent using a fully tracked and next day signed for delivery service (UK only – overseas couriers will take longer). If your order is made before 2pm, it should reach you the next working day. Please note that someone will have to sign for your parcel, otherwise it may be delivered to a neighbour or taken back to the courier depot.
Your order will be placed within 24 hours after checking out online. We aim to get your item delivered to you within 1-2 working days (international orders will differ). We always aim to get your Evermore product out to you as soon as possible, but please allow up to 3 working days before contacting us.
Once you have placed your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to you with your tracking number and the link to check your parcel’s status. If you don’t receive your confirmation email, please let us know via email – email@example.com

There are many things you can do to help look after your candle. Have a read of our Burn Tips where we’ve compiled some useful pointers that will help you get the most out of your candle.
Our 300g candles will burn for up to 60 hours long and 145g candles will burn for up to 30 hours.
Our candles are produced and hand-poured here in the UK.
Each candle is hand-poured in the UK using a premium rapeseed wax, essential oils and phthalate-free fragrances. All of our candles are toxin-free and vegan.
