1.1. No purchase necessary to enter the prize draw
1.2. This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
1.3. Entries must be received by 11.59am GMT 26th July 2021. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Automatically generated entries and entries via agents or third parties are invalid and shall not be considered.
1.4. Multiple entries allowed. No entrant may win more than one prize.
1.5. To enter, go to the competition post on Evermore London’s Instagram, save it and tag a friend or family member in the comments that you’re looking forward to hosting soon and follow all four associated accounts – @evermore_london, @carosomerset, @eastlondoncloth and @biaseditions. Bonus entry for sharing the post on your story – multiple entries allowed.
1.6. All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on Wednesday 21st July 2021 until 11.59am Tuesday 27th July 2021. One person will be drawn as a winner.
1.7. The prize is 1 x Evermore Venus candle, A nights stay for two at Caro in Bruton (including breakfast at The Chapel), 6 x hand blown glasses by Bias Editions and 6 x handmade linen napkins by East London Cloth.
1.8. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
1.9. The winner will be notified via Instagram message by Friday 30th July 2021. The winners must claim their prize within 7 working days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
1.10. To obtain details of the winner please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating the name ‘Venus Summer Competition 2021’ in the subject heading within 4 weeks after the closing date.
1.11. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
1.12. Entry into the Promotion is at the entrant’s sole risk. To the extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor Supplier accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) suffered by entrants or any third parties arising out of or in connection with the Promotion and/or accepting a prize. The Promoter and Supplier further disclaim liability for any injury or damage to entrants or any other person relating to or resulting from participation with this Promotion save that nothing in these terms and conditions shall act to limit or exclude the Promoter and Supplier’s liability resulting from its negligence or fraud.
1.13. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.
1.14. Promoter may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in Promoter’s sole opinion) or who, in Promoter’s sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, manipulating or rigging votes, hacking, deceiving, cheating or by harassing or threatening other entrants or a representative of Promoter.
1.15. By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and Conditions.
