Once your payment has cleared and your order has been accepted, we will process your order using DHL (UK shipments only) – this usually takes 1-2 days. You will then receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. If you have placed your order before 11am on a weekday, your order will be dispatched the same day and should reach you the next working day. If you placed your order after 11am on a weekday or over the weekend, it will be processed the next available weekday.
Please note that items will not be despatched on Sundays or on UK bank holidays.

Europe & International orders:
We have made the difficult decision to stop shipping overseas. Hotter summers across the world mean that our candles are frequently arriving damaged to our International customers and this is something we of course want to avoid. If you are an international customer and want to know which stores near you stock our candles, please visit our stockist page or get in touch with us so that we can assist you.
We always hope that you’re completely satisfied with your order, but if for some reason you’re not, we’re happy to review the case. If your item is faulty or there is a problem with your order, we will refund your incurred return postage costs provided you comply with our return instructions and you provide us with a copy of your receipt.
