Will your website remain open for online orders? 

Yes. We are still shipping out orders as usual but dispatch and delivery times may take a little longer than usual. We have taken ‘next day delivery’ off our site as an option for the time being as this unfortunately can not be guaranteed.

Will my order be delivered on time?

Deliveries are taking longer than usual due to the strain on the post services at present.  Orders are also taking longer to be despatched from our warehouse due to the necessary measures we have in place to ensure the upmost safety for our team and you, our customers. Please allow 5 working days for UK orders to arrive. Overseas order times will vary. Feel free to contact us on info@evermorelondon.com if you have any questions.

Will my order be delivered safely? 

The postal services are all working hard to adapt during this time. They will maintain a safe distance when delivering parcels and the ‘signed for’ option is no longer in operation to ensure minimum contact.

How are you keeping your warehouse staff safe?

We have taken increased measures in our warehouse to ensure the safety and wellbeing of both our staff and customers, including providing staff with hand sanitizer, as well as protective gloves, and ensuring social distancing measures are being adhered to. A very small team still remains working in the warehouse and for this reason, shipments will be slightly more delayed than usual.
