Will your website remain open for online orders? 

Yes. We are still shipping out orders as usual but dispatch and delivery times may take a little longer than usual. We have decided to use a next day service with DHL to ensure that orders reach their destinations as soon as possible.

Will my order be delivered on time?

Deliveries are taking longer than usual due to the strain on the post services at present.  Orders are also taking longer to be despatched from our warehouse due to the necessary measures we have in place to ensure the upmost safety for our team and you, our customers. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive before contacting us. Overseas order times will vary. Feel free to contact us on info@evermorelondon.com if you have any questions.

Will my order be delivered safely? 

The postal services are all working hard to adapt during this time. They will maintain a safe distance when delivering parcels.

How are you keeping your warehouse staff safe?

We have taken increased measures in our warehouse to ensure the safety and wellbeing of both our staff and customers, including providing staff with hand sanitiser, masks , and ensuring social distancing measures are being adhered to.
